3. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Any unauthorized access should be reported immediately to our Discord support channel.

4. Product Delivery & Use: Products delivered through FocusHub are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share products with third parties. Violation of this clause may result in legal action and account termination without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability: FocusHub is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including lost profits, data loss, or system damage.

6. Dispute Resolution: All disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively through our Discord support channel. By purchasing or verifying on Discord, you agree to settle disputes through this channel rather than legal proceedings.

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you purchase products or join our Discord community.

Data Collection: FocusHub collects minimal personal data necessary for transactions, including email address and payment information. We also collect Discord usernames for verification purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card information on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data according to their PCI DSS compliance standards.

Data Retention & Deletion: We retain your transaction data for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Personal data may be retained longer if necessary for dispute resolution. You may request data deletion by opening a Discord ticket, subject to legal retention requirements.

By purchasing products or verifying on Discord, you explicitly agree not to engage in any prohibited activities listed below.

Prohibited Activities:

Consequences: Violation of these policies will result in immediate account suspension, product access revocation, and potential legal action. Chargebacks and fraudulent purchases will result in permanent bans and may be reported to payment processors.

AS-IS PROVISION: FocusHub and all products/services are provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure from unauthorized access.

NO WARRANTY FOR THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS: Products delivered through FocusHub are provided without warranty. We are not responsible for any issues, bans, account restrictions, or technical problems arising from their use. Users assume all risk associated with product usage.

SUPPORT AVAILABILITY: While we provide 24/7 support on Discord, response times may vary based on volume. We cannot guarantee immediate assistance for all issues. Support is provided on a best-effort basis.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS: We do not guarantee that products will achieve any specific results. Effectiveness varies based on external factors beyond our control.

Digital Products - No Refund: Since our products are digital and instantly delivered, refunds are generally not available for standard usage or change of mind.

Technical Issues - Replacement: If you experience genuine technical difficulties preventing product access or usage, contact us on Discord with proof of purchase. We may provide a product replacement or refund at our sole discretion.

Fraudulent Claims: False refund claims, chargebacks, or disputes will result in permanent account termination and legal action if necessary.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. You may be asked to provide proof of the technical issue before approval.

All products, logos, content, and materials on FocusHub are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased products solely for personal use.

Restrictions: You may not modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any FocusHub products without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal proceedings.

FocusHub is a platform for distributing digital products. Users are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws in their jurisdiction and the terms of service of other platforms. FocusHub is not liable for misuse of products or violation of third-party terms of service.

Indemnification: By purchasing or using FocusHub, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FocusHub, its owners, operators, and staff from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or disputes arising from your use of the service, violation of these policies, or violation of applicable laws.

No Liability for External Services: We are not responsible for services provided by Stripe, Discord, or any other third-party platform. Their respective terms and privacy policies govern their services.
